How to order?: Send your text to our email address together with your deadline and the target language. We will do the rest.
Who will do the translation?: Your translation will be done by our freelance or in-house translators. All translators are linguistic specialists with a medical education. Before the translation is sent to you, it will be reviewed and checked by our editors and a project manager.
Do I pay more for urgent translations?: Yes, because for urgent translations we need to allocate more resources.
When will I get my translation?: Give us your deadline and we will try to meet it. However, it usually takes 24 hours to translate 8-10 pages. In the case of large projects your translation will be done by several translators, therefore it is possible to translate large texts in a relatively short period of time.
How do you charge for your services?: We charge for translation services on a per word basis. (Note: 1 page is about 255 words).
What do you require from me?: Simply tell us the target language and your deadline, and send us the file. It would be great if you could send us any reference materials or provide any glossaries you have
