If you haven't yet seen our pages dedicated to specific areas of translation, you can visit them now:
There you will find out what makes us qualified to translate your documents.
What else should you know about your translation work?
First of all you should know who will do the translation, because it's a major factor affecting the quality.
Here at AccentPharm translations are carried out by in-house and freelance translators. We use more than 100 freelance translators. Perhaps you will be surprised to know that almost all of our translators have both a higher linguistic and a medical education, as well as relevant expertise. These people are carefully chosen for their long-term participation in our translation projects. We provide regular training for our in-house personnel as well as for our freelancers, in order to maintain our high quality of work. In addition, we ensure that documents are translated according to our style guides and in accordance with the language requirements issued by the FDA, the Ministry of Health of the Ukraine, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and other regulatory authorities.
Another thing you might ask is how are we going to meet your deadline.
Good question. In the Ukrainian market every second client says "my deadline was yesterday :)". Our project managers are trained to work under such pressure and we always satisfy our clients’ needs. We manage to do so using Translation Memory, smart project management tools and a closely integrated team of translators and editors.
